Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

To process your return or exchange, visit our Returns portal

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or use the return portal link, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 

Returns are subject to a return label fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale items are final sale. No refunds, no exceptions.

Vitamin A is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Vitamin A does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at a UPS facility. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Vitamin A’s sole discretion.
